This book is dedicated to all the cafes, restaurants, eateries, small businesses, entrepreneurs, self-employed, partnerships, home cooks, home bakers, everyone in the food business in some shape of form who lost their businesses, their loved ones and their way of life, due to the past few years of the roller-coaster of life affected by the whole world, changing life, as we knew it permanently.
